Since  its  inception  in  2005,  Liviero  Civils  (Pty)  Ltd  has  become a   highly respected company in   the   Civil Engineering market.  The   company   has recruited  superior  expertise  from  the  industry,  creating  a  powerful mix of experience and dynamic youth.

This strategy has culminated in Liviero Civils’ successful involvement in the construction of the Gautrain Stations at Rosebank and Sandton,  Soccer City 2010 World Cup Stadium upgrade, as well as the Gauteng Freeway Improvement Projects. Liviero Civils has successfully completed contracts across various civil engineering disciplines. These include roads and earthworks, bridges, concrete reservoirs,  mine infrastructure and various other aspects of civil engineering.

As a shareholder in the Siyavaya Highway Construction Joint  Venture, Liviero Civils was part of the construction team awarded  packages A & E of The Gauteng Freeway Improvement Project. This R4bn project was built for the South African National Roads Agency Limited (SANRAL).  

Liviero Civils has a CIDB rating of 9CE, the highest rating a Civil Engineering company can obtain giving the company unlimited tendering abilities. 

The Company is registered with the South African Federation of Civil Engineering Contractors (SAFCEC) and has representation on several Management Committees.

Martijn Groot

Martijn Groot, qualified from Tshwane University of Technology in 2002 B-Tech Civil engineering. Did a year’s practical experience in the Netherlands on a aqueduct in 2001 working from VBK Hoorn. Started working for King Civils in 2002 on the N1 from Louis Trichard to Masekwaspoort. Later Joined a smaller Company REE Civils who’s focus was on infrastructure development within Gauteng. Joined Liviero Civils in 2005. Did various smaller projects around Gauteng including Woodmead retail park bulk earthworks, Witkoppen Corner, River Club property development. As Civils grew our project sizes grew
